ECA
ECA refers to a combination (stack) of Ephedrine (20 mg) and
Caffeine (200 mg) and (optionally) Aspirin (81 mg enteric coated, once per day with a
meal). This combination has been extensively studied and found to help obese people lose
weight and burn fat in a normal manner. ECA is also used to refer to herbal stacks that
contain ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin (willow bark).
